Expertise in the field of EM tyres for the most difficult operations and the highest loads. The Schelkmann cold retread procedure enables tyre-retread for maximum-sized tyre sizes, e.g. those used in the toughest of terrains. Depending on the requirements, climate, speed and stress, various rubber mixtures are ‘composed’ from various types of carbon-black matter, a variety of other chemical additives as well as from various natural and synthetic rubbers. In conjunction with harmonised profiles and well-engineered technology, these are used to construct EM tyres for a whole range of individualised uses. The Schelkmann ‘SPR’ PRECURED RETREADING SYSTEM enables unique vulcanization of tyres up to 40.00 R57.
