First RÖSLER Strategy Symposium
Drawing conclusions and setting the goals for the coming year - these were just two important items on the agenda of the first Strategy Symposium of the RÖSLER Group which took place on 14th – 15th November 2008 in Warstein, Germany.
The symposium was attended by employees working as office or field sales representatives as well as the management who sat down at a round table, far from the daily business, to define common goals for the next year. The meeting was opened with a review of achieved goals, followed by setting new tasks and delegating responsibilities which became necessary due to the increasingly international orientation of the company. The focus was on establishing the RÖSLER 360 product further within the existing customer base and with regard to potential new customers. In the future, this comprehensive Full Service Tyre Management solution will form the basis of a strengthened market presence and an increased sales promotion of the company.
To achieve the further establishment of the RÖSLER 360 product - first introduced in May this year - more fair participations and business travels, amongst others things, are planned for the future. The dedicated R 360 software - provided free of charge to RÖSLER customers - is a central and effective tool, which provides the basis for a comprehensive and successful tyre management in mining companies.
Employees of the RÖSLER Group participating in this event used the opportunity to find out more about the new product and its individual components. The mutual exchange of experiences and defining and planning future goals together contributed to forging an even closer-knit alliance between the participants and intensifying the collaboration between departments.
