PT Pamapersada New Production Record
Especially the tires from size 27.00R49 and 33.00R51 up to 40.00R57 will be produced. The specialists from Rösler have created this pilot project with our licensed customer and from the very first step trained and instructed PT Pamapersada in how to use the new SPR facility. At the end of 2009 an audit took place to test the quality of the production process. Fatmir Reka, specialist for Vulcanization and production supervisor at Rösler worked with the 30 person team at PT Pamapersada.
Fatmir Reka continues the visit the Pama facility around 6 times a year, as they are continually improving on techniques and processes. To make sure that the quality and production speed stays at a level worthy of the Rösler name.
Through the audit it was discovered that thanks to the knowledge and skill of the employees, 30 tires were retreaded in 10 days! A new production record, which filled all quality standard requirements as well. But the challenge doesn’t stop there. Pama have now decided that for the year 2010 they want to retread 650-700 tires in size 27.00R49.
