The best ideas don’t always come from a quiet room or a conference table. Sometimes the best ideas come from working. In this way, we created the service Rösler 360. A number of retreading plants have been built abroad to facilitate tire retreading on site. This project didn’t seem to guarantee the continuous, efficient vehicle fleet that it was hoped. The customers seemed to lack the knowledge needed to optimize the use of OTR tires and so save costs and increase the efficiency of the plant.   

These experiences helped Rösler to develop a new service: Rösler 360 – Full Service Tire Management. This service, which is made up of several steps, is useful for companies of all sizes, from small quarries with 10 construction vehicles to mining giants with up to 1000 vehicles. Because in this industry, the second biggest cost factor is tires, right after fuel. This means that an efficient fleet saves a good percent of overall costs.

Tailored Service – Rösler 360 is a flexible service, customers can choose one, more or all of the steps depending on individual requirements. The individual steps include analysis of tire usage and costs, performance, durability and dependability of your fleet. With special software from Rösler the customer can continuously check the pressure and temperature of tires via wireless connection. This would guarantee getting the tires renewed at the right time. On site analysis of vehicles, terrain and processes are also available and guarantee optimal use of tires and vehicles. If the Customer wishes, the employees could receive practical and theoretical training around the proper handling of tires and vehicles. Of course Rösler group is always available for consulting and is willing to answer any questions employees might have. Rösler will also take care of environmentally friendly disposal of used tires, if recycling is no longer possible.
