The tyre is prepared to go into the autoclave.
The tyre is going to be put into a envelope, as preparation for the vulcanization process.
The tyre is put into a SPR-Waterautoclave and cured with temperatures beneath 100°C.
The precured tread stripe is put on the casing
The remaining tread is beeing buffed off and the casing is put in shape for the retreading process.
After the buffing process, all damages to the tyre casing become visible. In this department each single damage is going to be repaired.
In this step the tyre receives a final controlled and gets prepared to be send out to the customer.
